The diagnostic features include a solid blue indication for optimal alignment, a blinking blue light that signals near alignment, and a solid red light that alerts to misalignment or obstruction.

The heater, represented by the green and white wires, requires a voltage of 10–40V DC or 8–28V AC with a maximum power draw of 2 Watts.
